  Yes, as long as property is maintained, minus normal wear and tear.

• You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

  Apply online at the website, or with a TAR Application.

• How do I pay rent?

  Online, by mail, or in person at my office.

• I want to get a pet. What do I do?

  Check with management first, then request a Pet Agreement, and pay a Pet Deposit

• I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

  Contact the office.

• My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

  Submit a notice in writing no later than 45 days before vacating.
